1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FlyCircle application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

FlyCircle is a mobile reminder application that provides:

• A floating bubble overlay for Android devices displaying reminder status
• Creation and management of time-based reminders
• Voice reminder announcements using device Text-to-Speech
• Auto-sleep mode that pauses reminders during fullscreen activities
• Local notification scheduling for reminders
• Multi-language support (English, Arabic, Spanish)

3. Free and Premium Plans

3.1 Free Plan

The free plan includes:

• Up to 2 active reminders at a time
• 1 floating circle
• All core features including voice reminders and auto-sleep mode

3.2 Premium Plan (Coming Soon)

A premium plan with unlimited reminders and circles will be available in a future update. Premium features and pricing will be communicated when available.

4. User Responsibilities

By using FlyCircle, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App for any purpose that could harm others
• Be responsible for the content you create within the App (reminder titles, notes)
• Grant the necessary permissions for the App to function (overlay, notifications, alarms)

5. Permissions

FlyCircle requires certain Android permissions to function properly. By using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the use of these permissions as described in our Privacy Policy. These include overlay display, notification posting, alarm scheduling, and vibration access.

6. Intellectual Property

The FlyCircle App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

All user data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Reminders will always fire at the exact scheduled time (due to device-specific power management and OS limitations)
• The floating overlay will work on all Android devices and manufacturer skins

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from missed reminders or notification failures
• Any damages caused by device-specific incompatibilities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for the free plan).

10. Auto-Sleep Mode Disclaimer

The auto-sleep feature attempts to detect fullscreen apps, games, and video players to pause reminders. This detection may not work perfectly on all devices due to Android fragmentation and manufacturer customizations. We are not responsible for reminders that are delayed or missed due to auto-sleep behavior.

11. Device Compatibility

FlyCircle is designed for Android devices running Android 7.0 (API 24) and above. Some features, particularly the floating overlay and auto-sleep detection, may behave differently on different manufacturer skins (Samsung One UI, Xiaomi MIUI, Huawei EMUI, etc.). We strive for broad compatibility but cannot guarantee identical behavior on all devices.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
