2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

FlyCircle stores the following data exclusively on your device using local storage (Hive database):

• Reminders: Title, date/time, repeat settings, status, and optional notes you create
• App Settings: Language preference, notification settings, sound/vibration preferences, sleep mode configuration, and bubble position

2.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be very clear about what we do not collect:

• No personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• No location data
• No contacts or address book data
• No photos, media, or files
• No browsing history or search history
• No analytics or usage tracking data
• No advertising identifiers
• No data is transmitted to any server

3. Permissions We Request

FlyCircle requests the following Android permissions, each with a specific purpose:

• INTERNET: Required by the Flutter framework. The app does not make any network requests for data collection purposes.
• VIBRATE: To provide haptic feedback for reminder notifications.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To reschedule your reminders after your device restarts, so you never miss one.
• SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM / USE_EXACT_ALARM: To schedule precise reminder notifications at the exact time you set.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE: To keep the floating bubble overlay running while you use other apps.
• SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: To display the floating bubble overlay on top of other apps.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: To show reminder notifications on Android 13+.

4. Auto-Sleep Mode

FlyCircle's auto-sleep feature detects when you are using fullscreen apps, games, or video players to pause reminder notifications. This detection happens entirely on your device and no information about your app usage is collected, stored, or transmitted.

5. Voice Reminders

The voice reminder feature uses your device's built-in Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine to speak reminders aloud. All speech processing happens locally on your device. No audio data is recorded, collected, or transmitted.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your data is protected by your device's own security measures (screen lock, encryption)
• No data is transmitted over the internet
• Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all stored data
• You have full control over your data at all times

7. Children's Privacy

FlyCircle does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app is a simple reminder tool that stores data only on the device. No age verification is required because no personal data is collected.

8. Third-Party Services

FlyCircle does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates completely offline and independently.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

10. Data Deletion

To delete all your data, simply uninstall the FlyCircle app from your device. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently removes all your reminders, settings, and preferences. You can also clear the app's data from your device's Settings > Apps > FlyCircle > Clear Data.
